Authors of X - A Community Conversation is an invitation into such a moment.
This gathering is created for women who feel called to reconnect with themselves and with others in a grounded, honest, and supportive space. It is not a workshop, not a performance, and not about fixing or becoming "better." It is a carefully held community experience where awareness, connection, and agency can unfold naturally.
The Gathering
At OwnX, we believe that agency grows through presence, reflection, and relationship. Through shared conversation, embodied practices, movement, and nourishment, this gathering offers space to explore what it means to consciously author one's life—gently, realistically, and together.
What to Expect
A Warm Arrival
Coffee and tea to support ease and connection.
Opening Frame
An introduction to the OwnX philosophy and the idea of Authors of X.
Cacao Ceremony
A guided ceremony focused on intentional connection and release.
Embodied Movement
An ecstatic dance journey to release, regulate, and reconnect.
Nourishment
Healthy, shared food to support grounding and integration.
Integration
Reflection, integration, and a small intentional gift.
Who This Gathering Is For
This space is for women who:
Feel drawn to awareness, reflection, and conscious living.
Are open to dialogue and shared exploration.
May be in transition, questioning, or simply curious.
Do not need to have anything figured out.
No prior experience is required. Just presence.
